Can I cancel or reverse a withdrawal?

You can always cancel a withdrawal from the side panel on the account or from the cashier, as long as it has not been processed by our Verification team.

To see if a withdrawal is still pending, customer just needs to log in to his account and check on the side panel or by going to his account  and if the withdrawal is still there, click on the “Cancel” button.
