IT can happen that web browsers block the pop-ups from showing up on screen automatically. In these cases, the address bar will let the player know by showing Pop-ups blocked, where the player can decide to allow them.

Customer just has to click the Pop-ups blocked sign, click on the link for the Pop-up window he would like to see.  If the players would like to always see pop-ups for the site, they can also chose Always show pop-ups.
